Hilary Pierson is an Intake Coordinator at Kinder in the Keys, where she guides women through the admissions process for residential mental health and addiction treatment. As often the first voice a prospective client hears, Hilary takes pride in approaching every conversation with empathy, clarity, and care, ensuring that women and their families feel supported from the very first call.

She works closely with each client to gather clinical and insurance information, coordinate logistics, and clearly explain what to expect upon arrival, helping to ease the anxiety that often accompanies the decision to enter treatment. Hilary believes that every woman deserves a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment in which to begin her healing, and she is committed to making each woman’s first step toward recovery feel less overwhelming and far more hopeful.
