No. We do not treat any kind of substance or alcohol abuse or allow for any recent drug or alcohol use. We require that clients be a minimum of 6-months in recovery before coming to treatment at Kinder.

Yes, we can treat eating disorders as a secondary condition.
Must be stabilized and medically cleared.

Nutrition is such an important piece in feeling well from the inside out. At Kinder, we provide an understanding and impact of health, food and lifestyle on mental health. We educate our clients on the importance of nutrition. Our team works with clients for budgeting and developing healthy meal options for each week. Additionally, we talk to clients about techniques and approaches for planning, preparing, and cooking healthy meals in both a group and individual setting.

No, we don’t allow any medical maijuana products at Kinder, even with prescriptions.

Yes, you are allowed to use tobacco products in designated areas and times.

No, you are not allowed to bring any animals, certified or not, to Kinder.

Our Kinder team works closely with patients to determine all possible payment options and manage the cost of treatment, please contact our admission team to learn more.

We accept out of network benefits and work with most major insurance carriers. We are an approved provider for most major insurance companies and managed care plans.

We will accept personal payment for services by individuals who either do not have insurance or do not want to use their insurance

  • Primary Substance or Eating Disorder
  • Primary Diagnosis Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), Schizoaffective disorder, Bipolar disorder…
  • History of physical or violent behavior and may pose a threat to the physical safety to peers, self, or staff
