Our Professionals

Being the best mental health facility involves an agile, compassionate and all-encompassing approach to care.

OUR TEAM

When treating different women’s mental health conditions, it’s critical to have a dynamic team of care takers. To be the best mental health facility, we employ a number of diverse professionals who bring experience and empathy to every client interaction. Being a physician-owned, private mental health facility, Kinder in the Keys is able to offer holistic mental health treatments in an intimate environment.

We focus on an integrated communications approach that connects clinical, medical and wellness professionals with clients. Being a women’s depression treatment center requires personalized attention. Our low client to therapist ratio helps women address immediate mental health needs while providing tools to support long-term success and happiness.

Medical Professionals and Administrative Staff

Our medical team oversees the treatment and well-being of Kinder in the Keys clients. Working collaboratively, our medical director, psychiatrist and onsite care team support women throughout their care journey including medical and medication needs.

Clinical & Wellness Professionals

Our clinical team partners with clients to develop targeted treatment plans for both short and long-term success. The care journey included assessing psychosocial triggers, strengths and personal needs to craft a plan to help clients achieve their recovery goals.

Facilities and Housekeeping Staff

Our facilities team ensures our grounds and buildings remain beautiful and accessible to all clients. Housekeeping keeps our living spaces organized by providing fresh bed sheets, cleaning, mopping and replacing toiletries as needed. Take your mind off of tasks, and focus on your recovery.
