Alena Arboleda is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who supports the medical team at Kinder in the Keys with hands-on clinical care and a deep commitment to patient well-being. She began her healthcare career after completing Medical Assistant training, gaining her early clinical experience in pediatrics, where she developed a strong foundation in compassionate, family-centered care.

Her work with children and their families sharpened her clinical assessment skills and inspired her to advance her career in nursing. Alena went on to complete LPN school, expanding her scope of practice and deepening her clinical expertise. Today, she combines her years of bedside experience with her formal nursing education to provide high-quality, patient-centered support for women in residential mental health and addiction treatment. Alena is known for being detail-oriented, dedicated, and committed to ongoing professional growth.
