Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings. This role requires a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities, including behavioral therapy, as well as the ability to maintain accurate medical records. The Therapist will work collaboratively with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and support their mental health journey.

Duties

  • WORK 3 12 HOUR SHIFT OR 4 10 HOUR SHIFTS PER WEEK
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
  • Provide therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as motivational interviewing and applied behavior analysis.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to ongoing research initiatives related to mental health treatment.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Valid licensure or certification as required by state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, Registered Intern)
  • Experience in behavioral therapy or related fields is preferred.
  • Trauma treatment a plus
  • Familiarity with outpatient and inpatient care settings.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining medical records.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year

Kinder in the Keys is a healing program committed to providing high-quality care in an environment that fosters renewal, restoration, and healing for adult women who are in recovery from trauma-related disorders that include anxiety and depressive disorders, PTSD, eating disorders, and any co-occurring disorders. The Trauma Resolution Program at Kinder in the Keys focuses on dealing with stressful and traumatic incidents in one’s life. Particular emphasis is on developing the necessary coping skills to deal with these incidents.
