Tracey Potter is a Certified Life Coach through the Life Coaching Institute, a Trauma Informed Coach trained by the Center of Healing Trauma, and holds a Crisis Intervention Certificate from CPI College. With a deep commitment to helping others transform their lives, Tracey offers a results-driven, compassionate, and holistic approach to healing and forward momentum.

A proud alumna of Kinder in the Keys, Tracey now serves as a life coach at the facility, providing essential support to clients transitioning out of inpatient mental health treatment. She helps individuals stay accountable, set meaningful goals, and build the tools they need for long-term success and stability.

Tracey is also a National-Level Certified Figure Skating Coach with the USFSA, coaching since 1997. She brings the same focus, clarity, and high-performance mindset from the rink into her life coaching practice.

Her mission is to help people break free from limiting beliefs, reclaim self-trust and confidence, and reconnect with self-love. She empowers clients to gain the clarity they need to see-and step fully into-their big picture.
