After studying culinary arts under several accomplished chefs in Costa Rica, Chef Natalie went on to work in and manage eco-resort restaurants, hotels, and kitchens, gaining extensive experience in menu development, food preparation, kitchen operations, and guest services. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to open and operate her own restaurant, where she combined her love of food with her commitment to exceptional customer service.
