Maria Arboleda is a Behavioral Health Specialist at Kinder in the Keys, where she provides compassionate, patient-centered support to women in individual and group therapeutic settings. She brings more than five years of customer service experience, which has shaped her communication skills, empathy, and ability to build positive rapport with diverse populations. In addition, Maria has two to three years of healthcare experience at Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Specialists, where she served as a Registrar, Referral Coordinator, and Clinical Coordinator. In those roles, she gained hands-on experience in clinical coordination, patient advocacy, insurance and referral processes, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
