We are seeking a skilled Chef to prepare organic non-GMO foods for patients in a residential treatment cneter.. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking healthy meals. Must be aware of how to prepare delicious foods from many diets that include plant based, vegan, Celiac, meat and Kosher.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications
- Manage inventory of food and beverage supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen
- Collaborate with management to create new menu items
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Chef
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
